the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. the hotel itself was beautiful, with plenty of relaxing spaces to unwind. the coca tea they provided was a helpful touch for acclimating to the altitude. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and surrounded by charming old churches. the rooms were comfortable and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a wonderful experience.

During my Xmas holiday, we enjoyed two complimentary amenities that were a nice addition to the already great location of the hotel. the view from the room was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the fresh air. Another best aspect of the hotel was the delicious food that was served.

The negative aspect was during our stay we found that the hot water was not available for our shower. We reported the issue to the staff, and they didn't seem to care much.
