They anticipated my needs, from a lift for easy access to breakfast that exceeded my expectations. the hotel's stylish decor added to the overall experience, and they even helped transfer my luggage to my next hotel free of charge.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, with neat and well-maintained facilities. The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter, with convenient stores and various food stalls nearby. The staff is friendly, helpful, and made our stay hassle-free. The breakfast buffet is good, and the view from the restaurant overlooking the lake is lovely.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and we had to constantly ask for more supplies to be brought out. the bathroom amenities were not restocked each day, and we had to ask for more toilet paper.

I had a pleasant stay at Hm Boutique in Hanoi. The location was perfect, close to the Old Quarter with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The breakfast on the 9th floor offered beautiful views and the staff accommodated all my requests, including moving my room and storing my luggage. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with functioning air conditioning. I recommend this hotel for its great location and good service.
