The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Hoian's old town, just a few minutes' walk from the night market and ancient city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, with cozy balconies offering a pleasant view. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious and extensive breakfast, and the hotel even offers free bicycles for exploring the area.

Celebrated New Year's Eve at a well-located hotel with excellent complementary facts and amenities. the room was spacious and had a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was a welcoming and refreshing break from the hot weather. the hotel's team were kind and friendly, always willing to help with any requests or needs.

Although the hotel's location was ideal, I found the shower situation to be subpar as there was only a moveable shower hose. the cleaning staff forgot to refill the tissues, which was inconvenient.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They offered small trays of cut up fruit and glasses of juice by the pool, and even purchased a heater for our room to deal with the dampness. They always remembered who we were and were very engaging.
