All in all Lucky 2 was a very pleasant stay in a good location in the old city and with a staff that bent over backwards to please us. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old quarter, making it a perfect location for exploring Hanoi. It is within walking distance of all the major attractions, such as Hoan Kiem lake, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff spoke good English and were always ready to assist us without any language barrier.

The room could be a bit dark at times, but it was offset by a nice terrace where we could enjoy some fresh air.

We had a great stay at Lucky 2 Hotel & Travel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter. the rooms were quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were impressed with the amenities, including the A/C and fan in every room, hot water in the bathroom, and multiple power sockets in convenient locations. the staff was friendly and helpful, and even the cleaners spoke a little bit of English. the hotel stored our luggage when we went to Sapa and welcomed us back warmly. we felt like part of their family and would highly recommend Lucky 2 to anyone visiting.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for some room updates and the occasional noise from cleaners in the morning, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at Lucky 2 Hotel & Travel.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the rooms on the higher floors, which had a small terrace offering a nice place to relax. The hotel's location in the old quarter was perfect, with easy access to the bustling streets and attractions of the city.

the staff were universally friendly and helpful, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the location was excellent, close to Hoan Kiem lake, restaurants, shows, and supermarkets. Our room, a VIP room with a Queen and two Singles, was spacious and had a large bathroom with a bathtub. We even had a balcony with pot plants and a table and chairs. it was a fantastic experience at Lucky 2 Hotel & Travel.
