Compared to my previous stays in the city center, this hotel's staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They offered great tours and ticket assistance, and the reception staff were extremely helpful in suggesting new attractions even though I had visited HCMC before. the convenience of having a Circle K next door for quick snacks and an ATM nearby was a bonus. the room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was refreshing. the mini bar had a good selection at reasonable prices.

There are a couple of areas for improvement at this hotel. the communication with staff needs enhancement as their English proficiency was limited.

Our short 1-night stay at Mari Hotel was fantastic. the friendly staff and excellent location near the bus office were perfect for our needs. the hotel's cleanliness and non-smoking environment were much appreciated. the convenient Circle K next door made grabbing snacks easy, and the comfortable beds and effective air conditioning ensured a good night's rest.

The hotel was located in a great district, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful, providing a great experience after a long day. the mini bar was a nice touch and offered a good selection of drinks.

The room lacked a window, which made it feel claustrophobic and unpleasant. the communication with staff was also a challenge as their English was minimal.

The room at Mari Hotel By Connek had a great location, close to the main Saigon street but far enough to be quiet. We were able to explore the area easily. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had during our stay.
