We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, and their IT support was available 24/7. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. We especially appreciated the fact that we were offered complimentary items during our stay, making everything more enjoyable. the location couldn't be better, with numerous shops, restaurants, and cinemas within walking distance.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The hotel's currency exchange system caused us some issues, meaning that we were charged in dollars for a kwacha account, which led to additional bank fees that we weren't expecting.
