explore nearby attractions by foot. We loved the bustling environment and numerous eateries around. The room was cozy but a bit snug for our liking. Staff were helpful with local tips, especially Clara, who made us feel extra welcome.

Consider using the nearby laundry service instead of the hotel option for better value. The gym, although small, is usually quiet for a good workout.

Request a suite upgrade upon check-in, as the staff is accommodating and may provide personalized welcomes.

The issues with water leaks in the bathroom during my stay were concerning, and though they were fixed promptly, it left a negative impression. Additionally, my experience with one of the front desk staff members was disappointing, as their lack of professionalism added unnecessary stress to my check-in process.

Sure, the location is grand, just steps from Galerias Pacifico and Calle Florida! The breakfast was mighty with a lovely variety, and the staff were sound as a pound. But, the bathroom could use a bit of TLC, especially with that leaky toilet. Overall, had a great time!

Great location on a quiet street, just a stone's throw from shopping and dining options. Our spacious room was complete with a comfortable semi-firm bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering various options to start the day right. The staff was exceptionally helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’d undoubtedly return again!

I loved the hotel's prime location between the cruise port and downtown. The room was surprisingly spacious. The easy check-in was a bonus, making my travel hassle-free. Everything was spotless, which is always a plus!

However, the air conditioning was about as reliable as a cat's loyalty—you never know when it will work. Let's just say I could use a little cooling off after a long day!

On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi recommendation, which I still remember. It's always nice to see their attentiveness brightening my experience! I highly recommend it for a cozy stay. I'm coming back for a weekend.
