Loved the location for easy access to restaurants. The staff was exceptional, with a warm attitude. Great breakfast, especially the omelet bar. Room clean, but a squeaky bed and noisy heater. Some surprises with parking cost. A good experience with room for improvement.

Staying at Best Western Plus Music Row in Nashville was a convenient experience. The location is prime, just a short walk from the American music recording studio, which made it easy for me to visit. The room was clean and spacious, with free Wi-Fi and a 40-inch flat-screen TV, allowing me to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows after a long day of exploring the city.

The parking fee of $15 per day to park on-site. It would have been great if parking was complimentary, as it's a small inconvenience for guests who are driving into the city.

The hotel was super clean, loved the stylish decor with funky light fixtures, and the room even had a fab mirror plus an extra bedside table - perfect for the stuff! The location's killer, just a mile from the party scene, and I felt safe with respectful homeless folks around. Walking distance to grub, comfy beds, and Tina kept the breakfast spotless and friendly. 😊 Only downside was the rooms felt a tad dated, but still clean and cozy overall.

The hotel's spa-quality massage chair in the lobby was an absolute gem. After a long day of exploring the city, sinking into that massage chair felt like being wrapped in a warm, comforting hug. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge for the next day's adventures.

The breakfast was fantastic with a big variety of food choices, including an omelet station and fresh pastries. the staff were very helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. the location was convenient, a short walk away from bars and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

One improvement could be to ensure guest privacy by not entering rooms for housekeeping without consent. the bed could be more comfortable for a better night's sleep.

The location is clutch, super close to Nissan Stadium and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. We got free bottled water, and the fitness room was fuego. Perfect for young folk looking to soak up the music scene in Nashville!

Clean and Convenient Stay with Great Value

The $10 parking fee was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels in the area, which charge significantly more. However, improvements can be made in terms of friendlier staff interactions and more accommodating pet facilities for guests with service animals.

Always my choice. First time staff helped with insect bite. Perfect fit: Wi-Fi, late check-in, snack bar, fitness center, indoor pool, massage. Can't wait for the city trip.

I stayed at this hotel for a short break and was pleasantly surprised. The warm welcome, large and comfortable bed, and clean room made for a comfortable stay. The varied and filling breakfast was a great start to the day, and the free coffee in the reception area was a nice touch. The hotel itself was bright, well-maintained, and conveniently located near several dining options, including Dan McGuiness Pub and The Pub. I highly recommend this hotel.
