Conveniently close to downtown, attractions, and great eateries!

During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a prime spot, just a short walk away from awesome spots like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the vibrant honky tonks on Broadway, and delightful eateries like TailGate Brewery Music Row and DeSano Pizza Bakery, which were all within a few minutes’ walk; the facilities were nice too, with a great breakfast featuring a fantastic omelet station and a cozy swimming pool. However, the foam mattresses were a bit too firm for my liking, making sleep a tad uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a logical layout with thoughtful extras like multiple plug-ins and a full-length mirror. The beds had large, overstuffed pillows, but the mattress felt a bit hard. Temperature control was a bit iffy; the heater ran constantly despite adjustments, making it a touch too warm. The bathroom had a waterfall shower head, though shower water turned cold occasionally. The noise level was minimal, ensuring a restful environment. Breakfast options were great, especially the cook-to-order omelet station—a unique touch. it was a pleasant stay with room for minor improvements.

Low expectations met a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff and thoughtful extras improved our experience. Free lattes and breakfast were undeniable perks. The massage chairs? A fantastic touch for relaxation. Location was decent—close to the Gulch but a trek to Broadway. Breakfast staff excelled, while others lacked enthusiasm. The room met basic standards, clean with decent decor. issues arose: faulty TV channels, cold showers, a persistent fire alarm, and room key malfunctions marred the experience. Unexpected charges at checkout were less than ideal, alongside uncomfortable beds and loud air conditioning. Attention to detail is needed here. The hotel needs to sort out operational flaws without compromising guest comfort.

The staff was super friendly and even helped us check in during a busy concert night! We loved the delicious custom omelettes at breakfast—such a treat! The clean rooms and amazing rainfall shower made our stay feel like a cozy retreat.

Rooms are big and have everything you need, plus there’s free parking. Breakfast was a win, especially those tasty omelets cooked right in front of you.

Treat yourself to a relaxing spa-quality massage with outstanding full massage chair recliner available. The lobby with sparkling floors was a sight! Perfect for unwinding, the outdoor pool was a win. a delightful stay.

Oh, the bed! A memory foam mattress - definitely not my preference.

We loved walking to Downtown for the music scene and tasty eats. The only bummer was the unexpected parking fee, a little sneaky but didn't ruin the trip at all. 🌟
