I had an amazing time at this hotel! The room was spotless and tastefully decorated, with stunning views of both the mountains and the sea from the 21st floor. Despite the rain, I could tell that the outside areas were beautifully designed. The staff in the bar and restaurant areas were exceptional, providing attentive and top-notch service.

The location was fantastic and there were so many activities to keep us entertained. The pool area was beautiful and swimming with the fish was truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay wonderful.

One draw back was the maid service which could have been better. The room wasn't always cleaned thoroughly and the bed looked a bit messy.

The pool area is fantastic with waterfalls, fish to see snorkelling, a whirlpool, and a great slide. The rooms are modern and nice. The food options are really good. The hotel caters well to kids and has a kids club. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly.
