I had a wonderful stay at Adagio Vienna City for 5 days. The free upgrade was a pleasant surprise and the staff were incredibly friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The convenient location, close to the city center and well-connected to public transportation, made it easy to explore the city. The apartment had everything I needed and was clean with amazing views.

It was great for both business and pleasure. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a small kitchenette where we could make our own coffee and tea. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice with hot water available at all times. The hotel's location was convenient, being just a short walk away from the city center. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making our late check-in hassle-free.

The hotel is a bit on the outer limits of the city center, so be prepared for some walking. However, it’s not a major issue as everything is still within reach.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. On my son's birthday, they surprised us with a mini bottle of Sekt, a chocolate pancake, and a heartfelt rendition of Happy Birthday. Just brilliant.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

We had a fantastic stay at Adagio. the facilities in the room were excellent, including a fully equipped kitchen. Our room on the 5th floor had a stunning view of the Danube canal and the ferris wheel. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the sights. We also appreciated the convenience of using the S7 from the airport to Wien Mitte station, followed by a short 5-minute walk to the hotel. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions and near a tram stop, making it easy to explore Vienna. Additionally, it is only a short distance from Wien mitte train station, providing easy access to other areas of the city.

Despite the convenient location, the facilities could use some improvement.

Bed placement made it hard to get out.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and close to a busy crossroads. The room was very comfortable, and we loved the amenities like the kitchenette and dining table. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging for a taxi in advance and helping with luggage storage after check-out. The leisure facilities, like the sauna and jacuzzi, were a lovely way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, easy check-in/check-out, and stunning window views. Uber is a great option for transportation. Winter might hinder walking to the city center, but otherwise, great accessibility to everything.

The studio apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. the beds were firm and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and efficient. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like providing washing up liquid, cloths, and soaps. the staff at Adagio were also incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Plus, we were lucky to receive a free upgrade! our experience was excellent and we highly recommend Adagio.

Almost perfect! Just a small drawback: the location is a bit far from the city center, especially during the cold winter months.

The location was great, with many attractions within walking distance. the room size was satisfactory, and we enjoyed having a kitchenette to prepare our own meals.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, particularly the receptionist. the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the pillows were not to our liking.

The apartments we stayed in had nice facilities, including laundry and a fitness room. the apartments were also very clean, and there were no issues in that regard. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. there were a couple of complementary things offered that we enjoyed.

We experienced some disorganization during our check-in. We had to wait several hours for our apartment to be ready, which ate up a lot of our time in the city.
