During our stay at Jimmy's Apartments Emerald, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the room. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when our children accidentally locked the safe, providing immediate help and exhibiting exceptional politeness. The location was perfect, with a playground nearby and a supermarket just steps away. The availability of a washing machine, dryer, and play area for kids added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. we highly recommend Jimmy's Apartments Emerald as a fantastic place to stay in Vienna.

Despite some minor inconveniences, my stay was overall enjoyable. The apartment was well-equipped with a complete kitchen and cozy living room. Its location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. The view from the apartment was superb, especially the enchanting rooftops. Most importantly, the cleanliness level was praiseworthy.

I have to admit that there were some disappointing aspects as well. The bedroom felt cramped, and the lack of ventilation made it uncomfortable at times.

This place was perfect for my stay! The location was amazing, with tram and train stations just a short walk away. The area felt safe and there was even a big supermarket nearby for all my needs. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was comfortable and the heating kept me warm during my stay. I also appreciated the small details like the dimming lights and the hair dryer in the bathroom. The staff was thoughtful and even provided towels, shower gel, and coffee. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families. It had all the necessary facilities and even a kids corner in the common area that my children loved.
