Our stay at the premium apartments was excellent! The value for our money was exceptional, as the room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with the subway and tramway stations just a 2-minute walk away, and supermarkets nearby. The staff were friendly, understanding, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

More breakfast items would have enhanced our experience.

I had a great experience staying at Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments - Contactless 24H Check-In. The shower was excellent and the apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The communication through email was prompt and the building felt safe. The location was a bit out of the way, but there were a couple supermarkets nearby for convenience. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay.

The layout of the living room could have been better. It would have been more comfortable if the sofa was placed in front of the TV.
