As backpackers, we loved the hassle-free check-in and check-out process, spacious and lovely rooms, and delicious room service. The hotel's location, attached to the Avenues Mall, offered plenty of dining options and amenities. It was also conveniently located for quick access to popular tourist attractions. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs.

This hotel has a great location, right in the Avenue Mall with so many restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, with modern furniture. The staff is attentive, even solving issues with the ocean view rooms and offering valet parking. Plus, the pool is open till 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

No major issues, just minor inconveniences such as delayed valet parking and lack of bathrobes on arrival.

The room was so comfy, I could've stayed in that bed forever. Plus, the sea view from the double room was breathtaking, made me feel like I was in paradise.

I wished the triple room had a kitchenette like some of the others.

We had an incredible stay here! The hotel has an awesome location connected to the mall, making it super convenient to go shopping or grab a bite. The staff was amazing, always making sure we had everything we needed, from room service to car hire. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, terrace, and electric kettle. Moreover, the leisure facilities like the outdoor swimming pool, infinity pool, and jacuzzi were a great way to relax.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Bahrain Bay was fantastic! The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and a stunning view of Bahrain Bay. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast and pool were amazing. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, our overall experience was great.

The hotel is located next to Avenues mall, close to the promenade, offering an easy and convenient shopping experience. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of options to choose from including delicious waffles for the kids. The staff is friendly, and the pool area is well-designed with clean water and beautiful plants. The rooms are relaxing and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and an excellent view.

The hotel needs to work on the availability of employees and their responsiveness to customer needs to improve upon guest experience.

The location was perfect for us as it's connected to a big mall, and the sea view from our room was stunning. We had an issue with our room key, but the receptionist, Ahmed, quickly resolved it with a smile. The pool and gym were clean and well-maintained. I'd recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great and the view from the pool was amazing. The food and the staff were really nice and it's located in the heart of the city with lots of restaurant and cafe options around. Free valet parking was also a nice touch.

The pool was very small and not suitable for adults to enjoy. the room reservation process was a mess, the staff seemed incapable and it took me almost an hour to get the room I had booked.
