The hotel offers a breathtaking view of Diamond Head from the balcony, making our stay delightful and relaxing. The location is also perfect as it is conveniently located on Waikiki Beach, and there are several restaurants within the property. Besides, having a Starbucks in the lobby was a great advantage for us coffee lovers.

The valet service was a letdown. The valets were consistently rude, neglecting to help with luggage upon checkout and even handing over car keys without any assistance.

We had zero complaints when it came to the service, food, location, and amenities. The staff was amazing and friendly. We appreciated that everything we requested was met promptly. We were surprised with a special birthday surprise set up by the staff. The poolside snack bar and restaurants were great too. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely book here again.

Marriott had a great location right at the beach with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony. We were delighted to receive a free bottled water upon check-in. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Marriott to others.

We loved how close this hotel was to everything. The bus station was just a short walk away, making it easy to visit all the popular sightseeing spots. Plus, the hotel was directly across the road from the beach, so we could enjoy the beautiful ocean views and walk on the sand anytime. It was also very convenient as the hotel was close to shops, so we could easily shop for souvenirs or anything else we needed.

We had an awesome time at this hotel! the value for money is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable considering the location. We stayed on level 22 of the Keolani Tower and the ocean front view was priceless. The room was very clean and the staff provided excellent service. We loved the nice balcony view of Diamond Head. Lastly, the breakfast at the Kuhio grill was included in the rate and was absolutely delicious.

Knowing that I was in a safe place added to my comfort.

Free cocktails at the bar while watching the sunset with live entertainment added to the fantastic atmosphere. The check-in process was easy, and the express check-out option from our room was convenient. The friendly staff, especially at Kuhio Beach Bar and Grill, made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool service was top-notch, with friendly staff and prompt service. The breakfast at Kuhio Grill was outstanding, with an awesome fruit bowl and attentive waitresses. Big shoutout to Madonna, Janet, and Rainbow for their hard work and excellent service.
