My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. The location is perfect, situated just in front of the shopping malls and surrounded by an array of nice shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The service was exceptional, especially from the server Leandro at the Quinta do Ouro restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious dishes and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. a fantastic hotel with top-notch facilities and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ouro Minas Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers a great spa center with a 24-hour indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, and a gym. The staff was incredibly kind and polite, always attending to our requests promptly. The hotel's location was ideal, situated right next to a huge shopping center with ATM machines, good restaurants, markets, and movie theaters. We also appreciated the convenience of the airport bus stopping right in front of the hotel. The free WiFi was a bonus and the breakfast included in our stay was excellent.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The breakfast spread at Ouro Minas Hotel was exceptional. We were impressed by the variety of fruits, juices, cakes, and Brazilian pastries available. The rooms were comfortable, and the meals at the restaurant, including dinner and lunch, were delicious. The day staff was extremely helpful and professional, making our experience even better. We were truly amazed by the hard work and high standards of the staff. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. We will definitely be returning in the future. The complimentary Easter eggs were a lovely touch and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location near the city center and public transportation made it easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool with its stunning views of the city.

The room was a bit dated and the bathroom could use some renovation. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped and noisy, although the breakfast selection was decent.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at a vintage hotel in Belo Horizonte with exceptional service. The room had a beautiful city view and a comfortable, lofty bed. The breakfast offered a vast variety of delicious options, including made-to-order omelettes. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable despite the language barrier. I highly recommend this hotel for a family stay in Belo Horizonte.

This hotel is a luxurious destination for relaxation. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are top-of-the-line facilities that are perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The private treatment rooms offer exclusive beauty treatments that were truly indulgent. The massage services and spa lounge were also exceptional and left us feeling rejuvenated. The restaurant served delicious food and the special diet menus provided a range of options that catered to everyone's dietary needs. Additionally, the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities that elevated our stay to a whole new level.

The only minor issue we faced during our stay was the location of the hotel. While the hotel itself was a luxurious experience, the location made it slightly difficult to explore the city as it was not in the heart of the tourist district.
