I recently stayed at Renaissance in Sao Paulo for a few nights and it was an incredible experience. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, making me feel like a VIP. The refurbished room was so comfortable and relaxing, with amazing views of the city. The spa was a highlight of my stay, with a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room that I could have stayed in all day. The massages were also top-notch. The sushi bar and breakfast bar had a delicious variety of options, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with fantastic restaurants nearby.

The staff were outstanding, from the friendly reception to the helpful spa team. The facilities were top-notch, with a great gym and a spa that I could have stayed in all day. The food options were delicious, with a nice cafe downstairs and a fantastic sushi bar. The location was perfect, with plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Paulista Ave. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, with plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff is excellent, with friendly and courteous service. The lounge is spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary nespresso in the room is a nice touch. The breakfast is very good, with lots of fresh fruits. The free WiFi works great, and the hotel is conveniently located for ordering Uber. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the international airport just outside the fitness centre. The hotel is also conveniently situated in the center of a trendy neighborhood, making it a great choice for young holiday goers.

One negative aspect is that there is no free wifi offered at the hotel.

First, there were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly with the sheets. Second, there were reports of a prostitution issue in the hotel, which was a major concern and not something one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
