Friendly staff, airport transfer with a/c car, peaceful location, lovely room, surprise treats for anniversary, excellent service.

Our romantic escape was made unforgettable by the wonderful staff who made us feel like royalty. The spa was top-notch, the treatment left us feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The menu at the on-site restaurant was exquisite, offering unique and local flavors that were artfully presented. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful. We also appreciated the hotel's tranquil atmosphere and beautiful decor.

Our room was located near a noisy construction site. We were also disappointed by the lack of nearby attractions, as we had hoped to do more exploring during our stay.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was exceptional. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna were in excellent condition, and we enjoyed the spa lounge and massage. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had exclusive amenities. The bar/lounge area offered delicious cocktails and outdoor dining areas provide stunning views of the garden area. We had an in-room breakfast that exceeded our expectations and appreciated the private facilities.

The location of the hotel was not in the city center but was easily accessible via private transport. The covered parking area was a little far from the main entrance, which could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

The hotel was perfectly situated, with shops and restaurants just minutes away. The restaurant served delicious food in a beautiful setting. The staff, led by Pankaj and the front of house team, were attentive and ensured that all our needs were met.

The size of the room was a bit disappointing, as it felt cramped and lacked the spaciousness we expected.
