The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities provided were top-notch, including the luxurious spa treatments and fitness classes. To top it off, the food at Ascots Pub and Kensingtons was absolutely delicious. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend The Spa at Norwich Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

Staff is helpful, with shuttle service and fireplace assistance. Facilities and tea are lovely. The restaurant, despite construction, had a pleasant chef. Spa is great and location is convenient for nearby towns.

The location of the hotel had easy access to various attractions. The waiting area in the spa had a comfortable sofa and a great magazine selection, while the restaurant Kensington's had stunning decor. The nearby casino and Mystic island are a plus for vacationers.

The price policy is outdated and confusing, which can lead to overcharging.

The Spa At Norwich Inn gave me a memorable experience with their amazing massages. The therapist was very accommodating and adjusted the massage to address my specific needs. Even though it was crowded, the therapist made sure I felt like a VIP. I'll recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

What a great weekend getaway! My friends and I enjoyed the overnight package, and it was truly relaxing. the spa treatments were wonderful, and we loved lounging by the outdoor pool. We also appreciated the convenience of having everything billed to our room, so we didn't need to carry around our wallets. the setting and property were beautiful, and we had a delightful breakfast and lunch on the patio. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Property is clean and well-maintained with helpful and efficient staff. Thick, high-quality towels and cozy rooms. Pool is relaxing and picturesque. Great location convenient for various activities. Enjoyable dining experience with unique flavors.

We also appreciated the convenience of the location, as it was close to both a good NYC restaurant and the casino. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, ensuring that our checks at meals were separate and even driving us to the main building from our villa. We loved being able to walk around in our spa robes all day, including to our meals on the restaurant deck. this hotel provided us with a truly enjoyable and relaxing experience.

The Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the prices were very reasonable considering the value for money we received. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the beautifully secluded location which allowed for a nice ride to surrounding towns and activities to the stunning spa facilities. The relaxation rooms, hot tubs, and saunas in each locker room were all relaxing and inviting. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the reservations person to the management, from the waiters at Ascots to the friendly front desk staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The basic amenities in the rooms were exactly what we needed and the bright ambiance created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, the breakfast in the restaurant on the deck was excellent, providing a great start to our day.
