We had an amazing stay at a hotel with 4 different aqua parks, catering to different age groups. the cleaning crew and receptionists were attentive and helpful, especially Ahmed Wahdan who went out of his way to change our room to a quieter one. the breakfast and lunch options were excellent, and we were thrilled to find an Indian restaurant on the resort. the special dinner arranged by the resort management was exceptional, with Chef Ravinder going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. the staff, including Aly at the bakery section and Reception Manager Hany, were friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the staff who helped us arrange a surprise birthday celebration for my wife.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location near the beach was perfect and made it easy for us to spend all day in the sun. We also enjoyed the great services offered such as room service and dry cleaning. The amenities in the room like the mini-bar and balcony just added to the luxurious experience.

The staff gave us excellent service throughout our stay. Although there were a few instances where they could improve on their attitude, overall they made us feel very welcome.

Our stay lacked the luxury advertised by the hotel. The location was convenient, near a beach resort and a sports bar that provided milk for our baby. The breakfast provided multiple options, but the food quality was inconsistent and subpar. However, the room was spacious and clean, featuring a modern bathroom with fresh towels. The swimming pools and aqua park were well-maintained and enjoyable.

The hotel lacked sufficient Wi-Fi access, making it difficult to communicate with loved ones back home.

The facilities were excellent, with access to pools, restaurants, and attractions across all three hotels. The staff, especially Mr. Mohamad Karawia, were accommodating and welcoming. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the cleanliness and the brand new rooms.

Felt so much at home, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The aqua park was amazing, with plenty of slides for all ages. The food was diverse and delicious, with options for everyone. We especially enjoyed the fresh seafood. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The huge space and variety of pools, including the aqua park, were perfect for both kids and adults. As a family-friendly resort, there were plenty of activities and shows throughout the day, such as pool parties, circus performances, and foam parties. The animation team, especially "Budy," was fantastic at keeping everyone entertained.

Great rooms with all required facilities. Excellent breakfast choices and good food options for lunch and dinner. Indian restaurant inside the resort is a bonus. Friendly staff, from Chef Ravinder to the reception manager. Aqua park is a hit, and the entertainment team is very active.

The complimentary drinks upon arrival and at the pool bar were a nice touch. the hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and local shops. the pool area was well maintained and the water was clean and refreshing.

The staff were not very attentive and did not seem to enjoy their jobs. the room could have been cleaner and more modern.
