Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very responsive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. the rooms were also well-furnished and comfortable, with stunning views from the balcony.

One negative aspect was that the hotel seemed a bit dated in terms of decor. It could use some updated furnishings to create a more modern and cohesive look.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped indoor swimming pool at Hotel Grand Pacific. The size of the main pool impressed us, and our kids loved the perfectly sized and depth of the kids pool. The gym facility was also impressive, with separate weight and cardio rooms, an indoor racquetball/basketball court, and even a dance room. The added bonus of saunas and steam rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the outstanding water pressure in the showers, which is a rarity in Victoria. The location was fantastic, and the quiet and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable stay. we had an excellent family getaway at Hotel Grand Pacific.

While our stay was fantastic, we did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks. there were some missing amenities in our room, such as water, Kleenex tissues, and drinking glasses.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location was ideal, as I arrived by ferry and only had to walk across the street to get here. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were impressive. The staff was incredibly helpful and always kind. I loved the fact that there was a good restaurant and a snack shop in the hotel, making it easy for me to grab a quick breakfast or snacks when needed. The hotel's proximity to many sightseeing areas within the touristy area was a big plus. Lastly, the transportation options were convenient, with the hotel being right next to the Black Ball Ferry terminal.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to Parliament and Royal Museum, and across the street from the harbour. We enjoyed walking to nearby attractions like the museum and Chinatown. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The small balcony was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and sun. The hotel staff were polite and efficient, getting us checked in and out quickly. The amenities like the pool and café were also great.

The hotel had a prime location, being within walking distance of many attractions in the city. It was also conveniently located near the ferry. the lobby was beautiful and immaculately clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience very enjoyable.

The room change we experienced was a bit of a hassle, as we had to move from a water view room to a regular room. Although both rooms still had some view of the water, it felt like we didn't get our money's worth for the higher-priced room.

Great location right on the inner harbor of Victoria, with stunning views of the water taxis, sea planes, and ferries. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious, especially the omelet.
