We had an incredible experience staying at a hotel located right in the heart of the national park, just a stone's throw away from the Argentine side of the falls. It was such a convenience to be able to explore the famous falls without having to travel far. The breathtaking view of the falls from our room made our stay even more memorable. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit juices and made-to-order dishes. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, such as a stunning infinity pool and a rooftop lounge with even better views. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

There was still some construction work happening during our stay, which meant that we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool.

The breakfast spread is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart your day. the hotel boasts a stunning view of the falls, making your stay truly memorable.

The only downside is the occasional inconsistency in the restaurant service. While some evenings may offer exceptional service with knowledgeable staff, on other occasions, there may be delays in seating and serving.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. Being situated right inside the national park and having the trails start from the hotel gardens is incredibly convenient. Having breakfast and being able to immediately start exploring the park is a major advantage. No waiting in lines and being able to change in your room when you get wet is a big plus. The property itself is beautiful, with a great view of the falls. Whether you're enjoying breakfast or just hanging out on your patio, you'll be treated to the stunning sight of the falls. The accessibility to the famous falls, including the Devil's Throat, and other falls nearby is another highlight. The walks from the hotel are absolutely delightful.

Limited breakfast options and unhelpful staff, spa area outdated with non-functional steam room and sauna. Shower in the bathroom was very cramped and not suited for taller individuals.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa and wellness centre was a highlight, offering a variety of treatments and massages in a relaxing atmosphere. the infinity pool with its stunning views was another favourite spot. the staff was attentive and friendly, catering to our every need. Our room was spacious and elegant, with exclusive advantages for added comfort.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. While the food was delicious, the selection was somewhat limited and on the expensive side.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also appreciated the late check-out they graciously provided. we highly recommend Gran Melia for its great location, well-equipped facilities, and unforgettable experience.

Slow service at times.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, always available and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the park and the trails. Being able to access the falls early in the morning made for a magical experience, feeling like I had the place to myself. The room was spacious and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the proximity to the park were fantastic.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the falls from our cozy room. The infinity pool was serene and refreshing. The free transfers to and from the airport were prompt and hassle-free. we were very satisfied with our stay at this well-maintained hotel.

Being inside the national park allowed us to access the waterfalls earlier than other guests, meaning we had the trails all to ourselves and got incredible pictures. Plus, the convenience of walking out of the hotel and immediately beginning our exploration of the falls was amazing. the swimming pool was also a highlight - a perfect spot for a refreshing swim after a day of hiking.

One disappointment was the quality of the food. We had given advanced notice that one guest was vegan, but the dinner at the restaurant was a letdown.

As young holiday goers, we loved the exclusive location inside the national park, giving us early access to the waterfalls. The stunning views from our room and the pool were breathtaking. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the omelette bar was a nice touch. The hotel staff were attentive and the facilities, including the spa and gym showers, were excellent. We greatly appreciated being able to leave our bags and enjoy the pool until our flight later in the day.
