The staff were friendly and helpful, fluent in English. The cleaning staff were great. Access to a microwave oven. Convenient location near the business area. Good breakfast with a nice buffet. Spacious rooms with a good shower. Enjoyed the coffee machine in the room. Quiet atmosphere.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. They made me feel at ease with their warm welcome and assistance, especially since I didn't speak French. the breakfast offered was great, with a delicious variety to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the pancakes, which were a treat.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. I had to change rooms at midnight because my initial room was situated right next to the mechanical room, causing a lot of noise and disturbance.

The hotel itself was easy to find with plenty of parking, and it was conveniently located near restaurants. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The included breakfast had a good variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the exceptional staff and great location.

We visited this hotel during Easter and had a lovely experience with our family. We were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary features; firstly, the beautiful breakfast that was fully stocked with pancakes, eggs, bacon, juice and more; and secondly, the convenient location. the room was also well-appointed and had an updated design that we enjoyed.

We did face some struggles with the facilities. We had to go in search of extra towels and toilet paper as the housekeeping staff did not appear to speak any English.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a busy mall area in Quebec, south of Autoroute 30 and close to Montreal, for a vacation. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the hotel had a comfortable room and a decent bathroom. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had a pool and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home.

The heating/conditioning system in the room was noisy and couldn't be adjusted for speed, only temperature.
