The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, making me feel like family and attending to my every need. The room was spacious with a large fridge and a coffee machine. I also enjoyed the free evening snacks and the calendar of events. The great service and attention made my stay very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious, and the complementary social dining was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was convenient, close to shopping and food options such as Vaughn Mills.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the location to shopping and the facilities at Homewood Suites. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit and yogurt, and having a kitchen in our room was a great convenience. The full-size fridge and included pots, pans, utensils, plates, and glasses made it easy to prepare our own meals. The temperature of the pool was perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day. The daily chamber service was appreciated, keeping our suite clean and tidy.

During my recent stay at Homewood Suites, I had a wonderful experience that I want to share. One evening, my family and I left our brand new iPad behind in the room when we checked out. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the front desk informing us that they had found it and we could pick it up. This level of honesty and excellent customer service truly impressed us.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, with lots of chain restaurants in the area. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a clean decor. The breakfast selection, although limited, offers good coffee and a variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues that arise.

The sofa bed in the room was not adequately cushioned, causing discomfort for guests.
