The stunning interiors, breathtaking lake views, and spacious rooms made our stay at Enjoy unforgettable. We were delighted by the delicious Pisco Sours in the bar and the helpfulness of the team, especially on New Year's Eve. Despite a cold indoor pool and some minor issues with cleanliness, we truly enjoyed our time at this amazing place. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location of this hotel is one of the best features. It is right on the lake, which provides stunning views. Additionally, it is conveniently close to a seafood restaurant that I had been wanting to try. Despite the restaurant being closed, I was able to order a sandwich at the bar. The service was prompt and friendly. The room was spacious with plenty of natural light, making it a comfortable place to relax.

The staff could improve in their attentiveness. It was difficult to get their attention in the restaurant, as mentioned in previous reviews.

The hotel had a great breakfast spread with a variety of food options available each day. The staff was also friendly and helpful in suggesting local places to visit. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to several attractions in the area. The rooms were also clean and had a great view of the surrounding mountains.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that cater to all your needs. The exclusive spa and wellness centre provided massages and sauna sessions which were truly relaxing. The garden area and outdoor swimming pool were excellent for sun lounging and enjoying the scenic view of the lake. The restaurant service was impeccable and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Furthermore, the room advantages, like the in-room breakfast with private facilities, added a touch of convenience and privacy to the stay.

The only minor issue I had during my stay here was with the spotty Wi-Fi connection. It made it difficult to work or browse the internet from my room.
