The hotel facilities were impressive, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The beds were especially comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows. The bathroom was large and clean, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, and the staff was attentive and pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent, with convenient transportation facilities nearby. it was a truly amazing experience.

The breakfast selection was excellent and offered a wide variety of options. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a fantastic minibar. We also greatly enjoyed the large pool and well-equipped gym. In addition, the room had convenient amenities such as a printer, scanner, tea maker, coffee maker. As travelers with physical handicaps, we appreciated the accessibility and comfort provided by the hotel.

WiFi connection was constantly failing, which was frustrating for both me and my business colleagues. the rooms with adjoining doors were not soundproof, and I was disturbed by noisy neighbors singing Chinese Opera songs late at night.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the amazing KERRY SPORT fitness, swimming, and spa facilities at the hotel. The guest rooms were incredibly comfortable, with cozy duvets and a minibar stocked with refreshing drinks and tasty snacks. The helpful staff and concierge made our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt right at home and had no complaints during our stay.
