Blimey, this place is well posh! The staff were bang on, always cheerful, and breakfast had a lovely spread with proper tea. Only downside, brekkie area feels a bit tight for such a big hotel. Overall, a top-notch experience, innit!

disappointingly, my room was dusty with an outdated bathroom, really thought i was in a decent 5-star hotel. and, how dare they not provide a complimentary welcome gift for my special stay? i was woudl ve been expecting a little charm! breakfast was also lackluster—more like a cheap buffet experience, honestly. shocking, really.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend break in Macau with the best value for money ratio. Arriving back at the hotel each evening was a treat with some nice surprise snacks left in the room. Make sure to enjoy the wheelchair access. it’s spacious and accommodating throughout the property.

Impressive staff, exceptional amenities, with a delightfully diverse breakfast buffet featuring both Asian and Western dishes prepared with great care and attention, as well as a fantastic fitness center that helped keep me energized throughout my stay.

The air conditioning controls are perplexing, some instructions would be nice!!! The pool service kicks in absurdly late, which seems counterintuitive for an early pool environment!!! A little maintenance in the spa's wet area wouldn’t hurt!!!

A few more taxi arrangements would be ideal!!! Waiting 40 minutes for a cab isn't the best experience. Additionally, the lack of shuttle service to key locations left us in a bind!!!

Had an awesome stay with friends! We enjoyed the pool and made great use of the fitness center. Visiting Fisherman's Wharf was a blast, and the kids had fun at the supervised children's centre. Breakfast was good, but it could use some consistency. Definitely check out the spa!

I did notice that service at the bar was a bit slow due to not having enough staff. It was hard to get drinks because there was only one bartender on duty during our visit. This could be improved for a better experience.

Spent 2 nights here and loved it! Room was cozy and had a capsule coffee maker, which made mornings so much better. The breakfast spread was awesome, but we had to wait for a table. Still, felt super comfy the whole time!

lovely atmosphere, friendly staff always greeting you, and the breakfast spread was just delightful. they have a great spa and fitness center, and the pool area really makes you feel relaxed. the location is perfect too, just a stroll to catch shuttles to see the sights.

Our stay at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau was unforgettable! The large, comfortable rooms made us feel right at home. The staff, especially the Filipino concierge team, were nurturing and offered helpful tips for our excursions. Breakfast was a highlight, with both Western and Eastern options beautifully presented. The courtesy bus shuttle adding convenience and link between the ferry terminal and hotel was an appreciated touch!
