my recent stay in cancun was incredible! villa del palmar exceeded all my expectations. from the amazing beds that gave me the best sleep, to the fully equipped rooms with everything i needed. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the beach, pools, and breakfast buffet were all top-notch. it was definitely a great value for the money.

We loved the early morning CrossFit classes with Francisco on the beach! The private beach was perfect for the kids to build sand castles and swim safely. The pools and hot tubs were huge and cool, and the meals at the restaurants were delicious with a great choice of food. The staff were very friendly and relaxed, and our spacious apartment with a washer dryer fit our family of 5 comfortably. The weather was sunny but breezy, not too hot or humid.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing break by the pool. The swimming pools are clean and there are plenty of chairs available. The restaurants are nice and we never had to wait long to be seated. The staff, especially the room cleaners, were amazing. The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are excellent. The proximity to the Isla Mujeres ferry is a plus, and there are plenty of amenities such as hammocks on the balcony and ocean views. The all-inclusive package with premium brand drinks is great.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room had all the amenities needed, including AC, cable TV, and a minibar fridge. The common area featured various pools, hot tubs, and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall value for money was excellent.

The property itself is stunning, with beautiful pools and a breathtaking beach. We loved that we could rent paddle boards, wave runners, and kayaking gear for free. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Marlene who cleaned our room and David at the pool. The rooms were spacious with super comfortable beds and pillows. We also enjoyed the hammocks on the balconies. we had a great time and felt well taken care of.

The hotel facilities were impressive, with a new and clean atmosphere. The swimming pools were wonderful, well-maintained, and very clean. Getting a chair by the pool for a group of 4 to 5 people was never a problem. The staff at this hotel were beyond professional, with exceptional customer service and kindness. We were particularly impressed by Guillaume, a French gentleman at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind to us.

The facilities were amazing, with a luxurious feel and a beautiful pool. Complimentary activities like yoga on the pier were enjoyable. The restaurants served some of the best food we had on our trip. The location, away from the main hotel strip, suited us well. The service was fast and the staff were attentive, welcoming us with a bottle of water and providing helpful information.

A Perfect Wedding Weekend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Del Palmar for a wedding weekend, and it was a truly perfect experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by the friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The staff was attentive and courteous, making us feel welcome and taken care of. Our room exceeded all expectations, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the various on-going activities from 9 AM to 4 PM, such as snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry that goes to an island across the water. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
