Convenient location, spacious room, free Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was great, with a shopping center nearby and a convenience store next door. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi.

Dated interior, unresponsive room service, limited breakfast options. Unfortunately, the hotel's interior felt outdated and tired compared to other hotels we've stayed in. Room service was also slow to respond and sometimes didn't understand our requests. The breakfast options were limited, especially for Western cuisine. we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel.

This hotel was a luxurious experience that fulfilled my exclusive needs. the spa and wellness centre and indoor swimming pool were exceptional, and the sauna and Jacuzzi left me feeling rejuvenated. the massage and body scrub I received were of high-quality and left me feeling relaxed. the restaurant provided a great continental breakfast that I enjoyed in-room, along with coffee/tea in the lobby.

The location of the hotel was a minor issue, as it was not close to the city centre, which meant a lengthy bus ride to access tourist sites. the hotel's garden area made for a peaceful retreat and the beauty treatments at the spa lounge were a delightful experience.

The staff were excellent - they were friendly, spoke English fluently, and provided great support throughout our stay.
