I recently stayed at a beautiful resort in Yalong Bay for a relaxing getaway. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially our butler, Akim. The pools at the resort are visually stunning, and we particularly enjoyed the shaded pool for a cool retreat from the sun. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of options, and the on-site gym had everything I needed for a good workout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and my wife loved the luxurious bath.

We had a great time during our romantic escape. the location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the beach and easy access to water activities. the facility was well-maintained and our room was spacious and comfortable. the bed was extra comfy, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the service at the front desk was not up to par, with poor English skills from most of the staff.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing pool with a shaded area for the children. The breakfast had a huge variety and the staff were helpful and polite. The room exceeded our expectations and the Nespresso machine was a great addition. we loved the hotel and its facilities.

Felt totally at home, with nothing being too much trouble.

We received a free room upgrade and enjoyed a constant temperature swimming pool. The peacocks on the property were fabulous and families had a delightful holiday. The breakfast had a variety of delicious flavors. All our needs were quickly fulfilled and the staff provided excellent service. Our assigned butler, manager, and assistant manager went all out to make our stay great.

The staff was friendly and helpful, with Maggie and Nicki standing out as particularly sweet and nice. The beach and pool area were great, and the gardens were well-maintained. The breakfast was amazing and the balcony view was stunning. The rooms were glorious and the butler service was excellent. The main area of the hotel was well-maintained, and the gym facilities were sufficient for a solid workout. The option for food delivery and onsite PCR testing were convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and even included a free minibar.

I recently stayed at a superb property in Sanya for a few days. The room was not only very good but also very large, offering plenty of space to relax. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to an ocean view, which was a wonderful surprise. The private beach was absolutely superb, and we enjoyed spending time there and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel garden property was also stunning, with its large, well-maintained grounds. I must mention the exceptional service we received from three individuals: Nicky, our butler, Jenny, our server, and Thomas, the pastry chef. Their outstanding attentiveness really added to our experience. The auto curtains in the room, along with the super comfy beds, were impressive features as well. Lastly, I had a delightful BBQ dinner at the "Social restaurant" where the sashimi salmon was out of stock. However, one of the chefs quickly filled it for me and personally delivered a plate of sashimi salmon within 5 minutes. I was impressed by his attentiveness and would like to commend him, although I unfortunately cannot recall his name. the great service from the staff will certainly bring me back to this hotel in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, with beautiful swimming pools and a well-equipped gym. The buffet was fair and had a good surprise at 8pm with lobsters and more. The tomahawk beef was a delightful surprise to taste. Getting a taxi was easy and fast, with only a 40-minute ride from the airport and close proximity to duty-free malls and a shopping center with restaurants. The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive, with impeccable grounds and well-maintained rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a huge variety of options and the Nespresso machine in the room was a delightful touch.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful swimming pools and a well-equipped gym. The location in Yalong Bay was perfect, offering easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Special mention goes to Raj, who even checked in with me on his day off to arrange a taxi for my departure to the airport. my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

Had a fantastic stay over New Year's at this resort. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a private and secluded atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the variety of dining options available. a great experience for a New Year's getaway.

Although we had a wonderful time, there were a few areas that could be improved. the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, as not all staff members spoke fluent English.
