During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Beijing. the location was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby supermarkets. the staff were helpful and accommodating, providing me with directions and assisting with my luggage. the room was well, maintained and clean, offering a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. the hotel also had a gym, which was a nice bonus for me to stay active during my stay.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the hotel seemed outdated and in need of renovation.

The cleaning staff at Xiyuan Hotel were impressively attentive and fast, always ensuring my room was cleaned and bed made, even when I was gone for just 20 minutes. Excellent service for a business traveler.

The restaurant is located on the top floor, providing a lovely city view. The hotel's location is perfect for families, as it is within walking distance of Beijing Zoo, Paleozoological Museum of China, Beijing Planetarium, and Beijing Aquarium. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to a metro subway station.

The staff at the hotel was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to assist us. We felt truly looked after, and they were always willing to help, despite the language barrier.

The staff were friendly, room layout and windows were nice, bed was comfortable, lobby was spacious and welcoming, good facilities.

I enjoyed a lovely meal at one of the hotel's restaurants, indulged in the recreational amenities like the pool and sauna, and appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi.

The mold and cigarette smoke in one of the rooms made it feel like a five-star prison.

Communication barriers easily overcome with translation function. Hotel is big, clear, and comfortable. Perfect location near Capital indoor stadium. Best sleep on month-long trip.

Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that exceeded our expectations. the spa and wellness center were exceptional, as well as the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the restaurant boasted an exquisite menu selection, and the bar/lounge area had a charming ambiance.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of English proficiency among staff members. this did not hinder our experience in the slightest as everyone was still friendly and accommodating.
