I stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday and to cross off a bucket list item of staying at a Relais Chateaux hotel. The property is stunning, with charming suites and antique furnishings that transport you to another world. The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was excellent and they were able to accommodate all our requests. The wait staff/porters were a true gem, providing exceptional service and always going the extra mile. it was an amazing experience.

During our stay at Casa Pestagua, we were initially given a room with some humidity issues. However, the staff were understanding and promptly provided us with a junior suite that had significantly less humidity. They even went the extra mile by offering us complimentary drinks while we waited. The Spanish guitar show at the restaurant made for a spectacular dining experience, and the service from the waiters was fantastic. The heated pool was a great amenity, and the included breakfast impressed us with its variety and quality. The courtesy massage and full massage we received at the spa were both excellent and left us feeling relaxed. the staff treated us like VIPs and made us feel special throughout our stay.

They made sure I had access to all the sports channels so I could enjoy my soccer matches. The attention to detail and the overall experience made my stay truly exceptional.

The beds were very comfortable and the linen and towels were high quality. The hotel had many little details and touches that made our stay extra special and relaxing. They even organized tours and activities for us and had a nice pool to cool down in. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return.

I had a wonderful city trip and stayed at an amazing hotel. the staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. the rooms were very nice, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens and towels. I also loved the location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of everything I needed and the airport was very near.

One downside was the noise from construction or repair work happening near the rooftop pool. It started early in the morning and went on for three days, which made it difficult to relax by the pool or take afternoon naps.

Charming, elegant, and with a lot of flair, Casa Pestagua is a little gem in the city. Transported in time, you truly feel the colonial flair of Cartagena. The beautiful, spacious rooms adorned with antiques provide a delightful experience. The excellent food and service make you feel right at home. I highly recommend staying at Casa Pestagua for an unforgettable stay.
