We loved the friendly staff, convenient location near transportation, and the free airport transfer. The breakfast had lots of options and the room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the boutique feel and the availability of minibar and pizza delivery services. great value for the money.

The reception staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our request to have our friends stay in the room next to ours. The rooms were recently decorated and the bathroom was lovely. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was remarkable. The location was perfect for walking to the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium, which took us around 30 minutes.

We felt really comfortable during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport which was very helpful. The staff at the hotel were friendly and respectful. The hotel is located in a safe, quiet residential area close to major attractions.

There was no tea or coffee available outside of breakfast which was inconvenient for someone travelling for business. The noise level in the hallway was quite loud at times but again, this was due to the inconsiderate behavior of other guests and not the fault of the hotel.

This hotel is in a convenient location, close to the metro and with easy access to the airport or IFEMA. There are lousy tapas bars around the metro and a supermarket in the area. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with great showers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast offers plenty of choice. The rooftop pool and sunbathing area provide a relaxing spot. a great option for business travelers.
