The hotel offers a beautiful garden with many pools, hot springs, and a trail to an observatory point to discover the volcano. An excellent breakfast buffet is offered in the morning. The location is very convenient for outdoor activities, with a kid's park nearby and proximity to Tabacon hot spring and Baldi hotel and spa. The water slide is great for burning some energy.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the variety of pools and beautiful views of the volcano. The horseback tour and zip-lining were thrilling, and the spa massages were excellent. The breakfast buffet had delicious options and the swim-up bar was a hit.

I recently stayed at Los Lagos in La Fortuna for a family getaway. The hotel's expansive grounds offered breathtaking views of the Arenal volcano, along with lush greenery, hot springs, and an abundance of wildlife. The pool bar was a definite highlight, serving delicious cocktails and snacks. The breakfast spread had plenty of options, and the rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the on-site activities kept everyone entertained. it was a superior experience in terms of ambience and friendliness.

I absolutely loved the different pools at this hotel. Whether it was the hot springs or the regular pools, there was something for everyone. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect - close enough to the city for convenience, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The bar and restaurant area offered a wide variety of food and drinks, and the staff was always friendly and attentive.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the location is breathtaking. Situated up near the volcano, the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, providing an amazing view. I loved waking up in the morning and stepping out onto my balcony, looking out on the volcano. Secondly, the staff were wonderful. They were attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic. There were so many yummy selections to choose from, and the amazing views made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

As a group of friends, we had an amazing time at the resort! The pools and hot springs were super cool, and the hiking area with different animals was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom in the deluxe room was lovely. The towel display on arrival was a nice touch, and having Netflix on the TV was a pleasant surprise. The drink service and the gift shop were both impressive. The whole hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by flowers and trees. The breakfast had a huge selection of delicious food, and Carlos at the reception was very helpful with a smile.

I absolutely loved staying at this venue! It's nestled high up and the views of the are breathtaking. The garden area is vast and so well-maintained; it's easy to see the staff put in a lot of work in keeping it beautiful. The room was very comfortable with the essential amenities I needed and room service was exceptional. The shuttle service made it so easy to get around. The best part, though, was how wonderful the staff is - they was always happy to assist with any queries I had and seemed to truly care about my experience.
