I had a fantastic stay at Astoria Hotel & Medical Spa. The location was perfect, right on the main colonnade and within walking distance of other attractions. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was cozy. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff at the wellness center were helpful and the facilities were clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Karlovy Vary.

There were a few drawbacks. The room facilities were not up to par, and the room service and some staff at the reception could have been more professional.

I had a great holiday in a spa hotel, located in the heart of a world-renowned spa town. The famous hot springs were just minutes away from my room, and I enjoyed drinking the healthy waters each morning before breakfast. The hotel offered a great value package which included a relaxing pool visit experience, and a voucher for a discounted dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

the hotel’s parking was inadequate for its capacity and there was no back-up plan to provide parking. Despite these issues, the holiday could have been perfect if the hotel put more effort into soundproofing and providing adequate parking for their guests.
