My weekend was amazing! I wanted to stay longer, the hotel was hard to leave. the multiple lounge areas were great with options for a more lively or quiet stay. the food was delicious and staff was professional and courteous. the entertainment at night was fun to see with great audio and lighting. the room was modern and luxurious with the most comfortable bed I've ever been in. Lastly, the complementary features were a nice touch and the location was easily accessible.

The staff pressure to purchase a contract was persistent and misleading - the contract offer was not as promised resulting in an expensive lesson learned. the Saturday night show did not meet my expectation and was out of character with the elegant hotel atmosphere.

As business travelers, we loved the variety of pools and lounging areas available. The design of each area was well thought out, allowing us to relax and unwind in different settings. The high service standards from the staff in both the restaurants and bars were exceptional. The entertainment at night was top-notch, with seamless transitions between acts. The suites were beautifully designed and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its luxurious amenities and services. Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi that made for a relaxing experience. I had access to the beach and could lounge on the sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant offered excellent dinner with special diet menus that catered to my needs, and the snack bar provided scrumptious meals. the rooftop pool provided a beautiful view of the garden area; it was a great place to unwind and sip a cocktail.

While I had a great stay, there was a minor issue with the make-up services. the manicure and pedicure services were not up to par, and I was unsatisfied with their quality given that it was a luxury hotel.
