As a tourist, I loved the central location of this hotel, right on the edge of Wenceslas Square. The proximity to the metro station and main sightseeing points made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room itself was beautiful with modern design and thoughtful amenities, such as a comfortable bed, a useful desk, and a well-equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. The view of the museum building across the street was also a pleasant bonus.

Felt very fortunate to have discovered this hotel, as there was nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is right in front of the National Museum, offering stunning views of the beautiful landmark. The hotel is also conveniently situated right opposite a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us in finding our way around and recommending good places to eat. the location and service provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which required us to walk for about 20 minutes to reach the old town square and Charles Bridge.

The staff at Occidental was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with our room key not working, but they quickly resolved it for us. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the center of everything. The WiFi worked well too. I would recommend this hotel.

Well-priced 5-star with new, modern feel. Quiet double room with great views, AC, and soundproofing. Friendly staff organized taxis and provided umbrellas. Impressive customer service with room upgrade, refund, and breakfast during electricity outage.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and comfortable room at Occidental. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and the metro. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to solve any issues.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the National Museum and two metro lines, making it easily accessible for guests with disabilities. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and had an interesting design. The staff was nice and very helpful. Despite the busy and loud atmosphere outside, the room was well-insulated and I couldn't hear any noise from the street. The hotel is within walking distance of Old Town square and other attractions in the city center.

Had an amazing Christmas weekend at this hotel! Loved the complimentary wine and fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of options. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. the staff was also friendly, making the whole experience even better.

The only downside was the outdated room decor which could use some renovation. It definitely lacked a modern feel and the mattresses could have been more comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, who were both nice and competent, took care of my every need. The room I stayed in was amazing, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the major attractions in the city. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to Old Town, museums, and even Prague Castle. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices to start my day off right.

The staff were extremely welcoming and fulfilled all of our luxurious needs, from the exclusive amenities in the room to the delicious buffet breakfast at the restaurant. the location advantages were also great, being walkable to all of the sights Prague has to offer. the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing evening with a stunning view.

The only minor issue we encountered was a lack of service at the snack bar. this did not take away from our overall positive experience at this venue.
