Rooms were clean with fresh sheets and towels daily. Huge bed and great walk-in shower. Reception staff were friendly, especially Rosa. Good breakfast, but could use more fresh veggies. Nice location near Times Square, subway, The Edge, Highline, and Empire State. Fitness centre available. Had some billing issues, but the staff was helpful and accommodating.

Staying here was amazing because we were just three streets from Times Square and a short walk to numerous renowned landmarks like the Empire State Building and Central Park, making it easy to soak in the city's vibrant atmosphere; plus, the breakfast provided was a nice touch and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the rooms were a bit small, which is typical for NYC.

Easter weekend stay was comfy, clean rooms with a cozy bed and a power shower that hit the spot. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a good selection to kick off the day. Perfect spot for visiting Upper and Lower Manhattan with various transportation options.

The bar lacked certain drinks and the staff seemed not too concerned about restocking. Security concerns lingered due to lack of cameras and large property size.

Breakfast offered a solid selection, though seating could get tight. A few hiccups like false fire alarms and a not-so-comfy sofa bed for three adults were a bit annoying. The location was fantastic—steps from everything. Just wish the bathroom was more spacious and the noise levels were managed better. Still, it was a lovely stay, and I’d return despite a few quirks.

The staff was attentive, assisting with check-in and transportation arrangements. issues arose. Room lacked proper air filtration, impacting my asthma. Compacted rooms are fine, but essential amenities like the TV and bathroom vent malfunctioned. There were also lengthy waits for breakfast and elevators. Service fell short at critical moments, especially regarding heating problems, which took too long to address. Communication failures during a fire alarm were concerning. Billing discrepancies left unresolved. A hotel can excel in service but must also ensure proper facility maintenance. Would recommend with caution.

Our air conditioning was broken the whole time we stayed, making our room unbearable. After countless repair attempts, the hotel didn’t even consider moving us. It was such a miserable experience, especially with three of us crammed in a tiny, humid space.
