the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed the gym, steam room, and sauna facilities. having a barber shop and salon on-site was very convenient. One of the highlights for me was the open terrace on the second floor with its panoramic view of the city. It was especially enjoyable late at night, with a refreshing breeze from the nearby Congo River. my experience at Rotana was fantastic and I highly recommend it for good food, comfort, clean rooms, and friendly and honest staff.

This hotel is truly luxurious, offering exclusive amenities and fulfilling all of our needs. We enjoyed the relaxing Spa & wellness centre with a great Sauna and even had the opportunity to experience the Live entertainment. the full-body massage was so relaxing, that we almost fell asleep! the Garden area was a great spot to relax and read a book, and the tasty Halal food at the Restaurant was a delight. the bar/lounge area was very convenient and the Buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing.

The only negative aspect we could find was that the Packed lunches didn't meet our expectations, but this was a very minor issue. This is definitely the place to stay when looking for a special and high-end experience.

During my recent stay at Kin Plaza Arjaan, I experienced excellent quality and service, up to the Rotana standard. The hotel is a new establishment, and it was evident that a lot of effort has been put into ensuring top-notch quality, from the equipment to the bedding and linen. This kind of quality hotel is much needed in Kinshasa, and I will definitely be back.
