the family room was perfect for us, as it was actually two connecting rooms with soundproof doors. This was ideal for us because we had a baby sleeping in one room and it was quiet in the other. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. the location of the hotel is also fantastic, right in the city center and just a short walk from the train station. the hotel also had a convenient luggage room and provided travel cots, which was a bonus.

Clean, roomy single room, friendly receptionist. Upgrade for great harbor view. Brand new hotel, everything looks like in pics. Some things not fully operational, ongoing construction. Might be challenging for those with allergies. Huge lobby, convenient rooms. Standard rooms good for one or close couple. Didn't try breakfast but wifi worked well. Hotel behind railway station with shopping center, luggage room available. Amazing, practical hotel. Great for families, unlocked doors between rooms. Tasty breakfast, GF option upon request. Friendly staff. Close to bus stop, train station, town, art museum. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located right in the center, just in front of the train station. This makes it extremely convenient for transportation, especially for those arriving by train. The location is also very close to the main train station, which makes it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated close to the main shopping mall and cinema, and there are several coffee shops just down the street. The cleanliness of the hotel is also worth mentioning, as the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and the hotel has a modern and open feel to it.

My fifth time at Wakeup and I had a great 4-day stay. The value for money is outstanding compared to other hotels. The staff, both at the front desk and housekeeping, are very friendly. The wifi is great, and there's a fantastic lounge and hangout area. The hotel has the best luggage storage lockers in town, and it's just steps away from the mall. It's also conveniently located near the train station, cinema, and plenty of restaurants. Plus, it's only a short distance from the main pedestrian street and the Aros museum.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options. I loved starting my Christmas mornings with a hearty meal. the staff at the reception were really helpful and provided me with all the necessary information about nearby parking restrictions. the fact that I could check in at any time was a big convenience for me during the festive season. the cozy lobby area was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

There were a few things that didn't live up to my expectations. there was no telephone in the room, which meant I had to personally go down to the reception for any issues or queries.

I had a pleasant Easter stay at this hotel and there were several positive aspects to note. the hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and comfortable rooms. It was also conveniently located, with easy access to nearby shopping malls and public transportation. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the local area.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. The hotel did not have its own parking facilities, which meant I had to find alternative options in nearby shopping malls for a fee.

For the price I paid, I definitely got my money's worth. The room was modern, clean, and had all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay. The location right by the mall and central station was super convenient. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
