I took my kids for a quick getaway and they were obsessed with the festive decorations, especially the model train! We walked the beach for hours, no screens, just laughter and sand. My kids enjoyed puzzles and games, totally content! Plus, the food was incredible, their milk and cookies are a must!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality and service, I felt it was worth it.

It was just a balanced option for a short stay in Chatham with fantastic value. The holiday décor brought a whimsical atmosphere, with a real gingerbread house displayed in the lobby that definitely added charm to our visit. Make sure to check out the food offerings, especially the unique holiday treats.

During my recent stay, I loved how close the hotel was to Kate Gould Park, which is only about 500 meters away and perfect for leisurely walks, and just a short stroll of about 1 km took me to the scenic Lighthouse Beach, where I enjoyed stunning views of the coastline.

The beautiful views from the ocean-side cottage were a highlight, but the noise from neighboring rooms diminished our privacy. Check-in delays and unresponsiveness from staff soured some experiences, despite the lovely gardens and pleasant valet service.

Too crowded during peak times!!! Long wait times at restaurants and confusion around reservations!!! Poor heating in accommodations led to discomfort!!! The swimming pool was massively overcrowded!!! Management response to complaints was ineffective!!!

Attentive staff. really made our stay memorable, especially when they helped us with a surprise birthday cake. The beachfront views and fresh buffet breakfast were exceptional.

The outdoor pool could use more space during busy times, and breakfast service was occasionally a bit slow.

bars inn is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views. the deluxe queen room was comfortable and cozy. we enjoyed the soothing massage treatment which included a cbd sports cream. the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the staff were very accommodating.
