I loved how easy it was to explore the nearby area with fantastic spots just a short stroll away, including J.T. Hannah's Kitchen and the fun Big Top Arcade both less than a 15-minute walk, which made our afternoons enjoyable and relaxing, and being close to Dollywood and other attractions clearly sets it apart for weekend adventurers;

The staff was very kind and helpful during my stay.

Beds were comfy and the pool was nice. Check-in took a while and breakfast was really crowded. Loved the movie nights and kids enjoyed the golf course nearby.

Phenomenal water pressure—instant hot water, though I had to dial it down. But let’s talk pool. Cold water and splashing children made it less enjoyable. The hot tub jets were not functional, which was a major letdown. The onset of staffing changes led to hiccups, from delayed check-in to a brief breakfast wait. The restaurant only served breakfast, and the evening movie by the pool was poorly executed. The hotel is good, but it requires some updates. Attention to detail matters, and that could enhance future experiences.

Temperature control was efficient, keeping the room cozy. noise from nearby barking dogs disrupted the peace. I appreciated the spacious layout, but some areas felt cramped compared to expectations. We had large, name-brand toiletries in the bathroom, a nice touch. Unfortunately, the room initially had an old odor, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location is fantastic, putting you right near all the attractions, and the cleanliness of the facilities is commendable. I loved the room's comfortable bed and enjoyed the 24-hour coffee and hot chocolate options. the WiFi was pretty unreliable, and the noise from rowdy kids made it hard to relax. On check-in, my room wasn't ready, and I ended up in a less than pristine room with some unpleasant surprises. While the staff was friendly and the breakfast tasty, the whole experience felt mixed, especially given the price.

The Ramsey Hotel offers a fantastic pool open 24 hours and a cozy holiday atmosphere at reception. While the staff was friendly, service inconsistencies and room cleanliness issues detracted from our experience. the location is perfect for exploring Pigeon Forge.

Amazing staff and breakfast was delish! The room was super clean with comfy beds, a large shower and a nice view. Loved the hot tub and fitness center. The pool area was beautiful too, with movie time options. Great location near restaurants and trolleys. Keaton and Judy were especially helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great free wi-fi and nice pool but noise from renovations was disruptive.

Plus, I found blood stains on it, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. It was beyond disappointing!
