Facilities were satisfactory, rooms could be cleaner. Good value for money, excellent for kitting, cheap WiFi. Great breakfast with variety. Professional and friendly staff, quick response. Convenient transportation options available.

We had an incredible time at this place! The location is perfect as it is right on the Red Sea with beautiful views of the beach and garden area. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service, especially the staff in the different restaurants for their fast service. The hotel amenities were top-notch with a leisure spa & wellness center, pool, sauna, and sun terrace where we enjoyed live entertainment. Our room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and patio.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Had a fantastic Christmas break. the location was perfect, just a walk away from the town centre. the service was great and we enjoyed two complementary activities. the food was delicious and there was a good range to choose from. Also enjoyed the large outdoor pool, great for relaxing.

The room was slightly outdated and could do with some refurbishment. the gym was small and poorly equipped.

The restaurants on the beach offer a lovely view and good quality food. The breakfast is delicious with a range of choices to suit everyone's tastes. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the spa offers excellent massage services.

The unwanted attention from males can make female travelers feel uncomfortable and unsafe during their stay.

We had an incredibly luxurious stay at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our exclusive amenities needs. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were absolutely amazing. the live entertainment and full body massage at the Spa & wellness centre were top-notch.

The only minor issue we had was with the room service, which was slow at times. this did not take away from the incredible experience we had at the venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. the location is perfect, with a shuttle bus that takes you to the Marina and Downtown. the hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and lagoons, making it feel like a tropical paradise. the staff, especially Mohamed and El Sayed, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfasts were delicious and there were plenty of restaurant options for dinner. the resort is great for relaxation, diving, and snorkeling, with plenty of activities and amenities for families as well. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back.
