Great staff and breakfast. WiFi issues and weird payment at restaurant.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location near restaurants and shops with plenty of shopping options. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially Alexander at check-in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower had the best water pressure among the hotels we stayed at. The buffet breakfast included freshly made pupusas, which were delicious. Free parking and wifi were nice bonuses.

We got great value for our money at Barcelo San Salvador. The room was comfortable and spacious, and we had a fantastic night's sleep on the super comfy beds. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff treated us with excellent service, especially Alexander at check-in who was helpful and informative.

The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I felt safe in the area, and there was even a big mall just across the street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including freshly made pupusas. The staff provided excellent customer service, and I was pleased to have free parking and wifi during my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The executive lounge on the 10th floor was a great amenity. It offered a delicious breakfast at 6 am and stayed open until 10 pm, serving free, unlimited premium scotch and high-quality snacks. The staff provided excellent service and made sure guests were comfortable. The location of the hotel was also wonderful, in front of Bambu shopping center and close to top-star restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided extraordinary customer service. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a lovely and safe area with many bars and restaurants. The sports bar was a great addition to the facilities. it was a modern hotel with helpful staff and comfortable accommodations.

This is my second stay at Barcelo and it was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, even suggesting a cost-saving option for laundry. The room was comfortable with exact temperature control and a nice tub. The location is convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants. The pool is also a nice amenity. a satisfying stay.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I must say, the value for the money I paid was remarkable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room was absolutely spotless. The location in Zona Rosa was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I felt safe exploring the area, and even had a big mall right across the street. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. I was especially impressed with how they handled language barriers, making sure I felt understood and taken care of. The attention to detail and hospitality at this hotel has definitely improved over the years. I also loved the VIP access I received, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast at the hotel could be improved. While the food delivered for room service was satisfactory, I found that the desserts, in particular, contained too much gelatine.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the private access it had from the parking lot. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and patient, always going above and beyond to assist us. Despite the slight inconvenience of the location being a bit disconnected, the proximity to the museums made up for it, especially since we were visiting for archaeology research. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

My recent stay at Barcelo was absolutely superb. The location was fantastic, with numerous restaurants and parks close by, and it was just a short taxi ride away from San Salvador's historical sites.
