The resort had beautiful landscaping, pools, trams, and a boat for transportation. Great for families with the connecting pools and waterslides.

The resort was massive and had convenient transportation options to explore different areas. The lagoon was a pleasant spot, with shallow water and sea turtles to observe. The resort's well-maintained grounds and beautiful rooms were commendable.

The resort prices were quite high, including $21 for a medium coffee and acai bowl. Additionally, there were limited affordable food options, which led to difficulty finding a decent breakfast.

This place is located in a hard to find area about 2 stories directly above a little outdoor coffee shop – couldn't be cozier! The staff provided exceptional service – every member of the front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I loved lounging by the lagoon – it's absolutely gorgeous! The aqua park was a great source of entertainment as well.

The property is wonderful for kids, with plenty of amenities and activities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the concierge services are superb. The resort has beautiful architecture, well-kept grounds, and an impressive display of East Asian art. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are invitingly appealing. The resort offers a beach lagoon and a pool area for kids, which is fun but can get crowded. Nearby, there are shopping areas, including a reasonably priced supermarket.

There was a nearby market where we could grab snacks and drinks for a fraction of the price. The service was exceptional, from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive housekeeping. We also enjoyed the extensive amenities, including a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The hotel even offered live entertainment and various activities like hiking and snorkeling. we were impressed with the quality and comfort of this venue.

The complementary breakfast and afternoon cocktails were a plus! The hotel location right by the beach was perfect for our early morning walks. The room had a fantastic view of the ocean which was wonderful to wake up to.

Parking was a hassle, and we often had to circle around the lot to find a spot. The bar drinks were overpriced, but we found a nearby spot that was more affordable.

She surprised us with birthday cards, leis, and complimentary drink cards. The hotel also upgraded us to an ocean view room, which was absolutely lovely. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the hotel grounds were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the Kona Pool, which was massive and perfect for families. The fact that the Kohala pool was empty during our stay was a pleasant surprise.

There were multiple pools to choose from, including an adults-only pool, two huge pools for families, a sand pool for kids, and even a lagoon with boards, paddle boats. The variety of options made it easy to find a spot to relax and enjoy the water. Additionally, the resort grounds were beautiful and spacious, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

While the pools and grounds were amazing, there were a few drawbacks to the resort. the beach was quite rocky and had a rip tide, making it difficult to fully enjoy the ocean.

The hotel had a range of activities and modes of transportation, making it easy to explore the different areas. The large pool and private lagoon were amazing, and there was beach access within a short drive or walk.

The hotel grounds were expansive and beautifully landscaped, providing a tropical paradise feel. The monorail was a convenient way to get around, and the lagoon was a favorite place to swim. The rooms in the Palace Tower were recently updated and had a spacious sink area and a large walk-in closet. A mountain view from the room was absolutely stunning.

Although the staff was good, they didn't go above and beyond. The food options were limited, especially if you didn't want to venture outside of the resort.

Amazing pools, comfortable bed, quality restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful property with animals, lovely beach.
