I highly recommend contacting him in advance for clear directions to this lovely place. the location is conveniently situated near Gare du Nord and offers easy access to all of Paris via the metro and RER connections. It truly felt like a home away from home.

our recent stay in paris was wonderful, but a room in exceeded our expectations. the apartment was beautifully furnished, clean, and had two bathrooms. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of two train stations, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. the breakfasts were amazing with a great selection.

The room was lovely and nicely decorated. Convenient location near Gare du Nord. Excellent base to explore Paris. Helpful host with great tips. Fresh and delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds. Elegant dining room. Close to metro stop.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est. Plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. Breakfast provided a delightful and homey atmosphere, with personal attention from Peet. The home baked cake and quiche were a delicious touch. The room size was excellent for Paris standards, and the extras like a well-stocked cupboard with tea and coffee provisions, fridge, and hob were very pleasant.

Felt right at home here, no reason to complain.
