We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities had everything we needed. The location, close to downtown, was perfect for exploring the city. We also loved that the hotel was situated in an area called Mayfair, which is very new and has great restaurants and shopping options. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in Wauwatosa for 2 days and 3 nights. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the helpful staff, Branden and Porschia. The customer service was top-notch, and the free breakfast was a fantastic bonus with a great selection of delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our room, which comfortably accommodated my family of four, including my 18-year-old and 14-year-old who both enjoyed the facilities. The cleanliness of the hotel was evident throughout our stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. The location of the hotel is also great, as it is centrally located and convenient for exploring the area. I also loved the fact that my room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for my stay.

There were several instances where my room was not cleaned, supplies were not replaced, and garbage cans were left unemptied. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, and it was frustrating to have to go to the front desk to request fresh coffee and cups.

The room layout was fabulous, and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved having a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. And the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food. this was the best hotel stay we've had in the last 2 years!
