The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated with stylish white interiors. The check-in process was superfast and they accommodated us with an early check-in. The location is excellent, near shopping, the beach, and the old town. The roof pool is great, with both sun beds available for a charge and nice chairs that can be used for free. The gym is small but sufficient, and the pool and sauna are also nice. The SPA and gym facilities were really good.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet and the rooftop pool, where we enjoyed amazing views of the city. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Christmas getaway.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The bathroom design was a bit strange, with a lack of privacy in the shower and doors that didn't close properly in the WC. The breakfast spread, although tasty, could have had more variety and options.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Exceptional beds, great bathroom amenities, perfect A/C, and excellent wi-fi. The hotel also had a roof terrace pool, which was especially comfortable for families. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. A very pleasant housekeeping crew. I was particularly impressed with how welcoming they were to furry friends, young families, and couples alike. The mix of residents added to the lively and convivial atmosphere. The hotel's location, just a few blocks away from the tourist area, was perfect. There were plenty of charming streets for dining nearby, where we discovered hidden gems recommended by the friendly staff. Speaking of which, the front of house team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They helped us secure late restaurant reservations and provided valuable insights into the local culinary scene. Despite our late and slightly chaotic arrival, they greeted us with warmth, patience, and a willingness to assist us in any way possible. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection and allowed us to indulge in a leisurely and relaxed start to the day. the outstanding memory of this hotel was the people - their genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the family. I can't wait to return to this beautiful building and be welcomed by the Boscolo team once again.

As women traveling alone, we found the Boscolo Hotel & Spa to be a fantastic choice. The large, clean rooms with comfortable beds and perfect linen made for a relaxing stay. The hotel's roof bar with a pool offered stunning views of the city, providing a great spot to unwind. The staff, particularly the receptionists, male waiters, and barmen, were brilliant and made us feel welcomed and safe throughout our stay. We also loved the hotel's spa, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience.
