Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, and restaurants just steps away. It was also within walking distance to major tourist attractions and the Metro station. The free Wi-Fi was fast and easy to use, and the room on the 6th floor was quiet and accessible with the lift. The staff were polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with several metro stops nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. everything was great and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great service and helpful staff who went above and beyond, even upgrading my room. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was fantastic, close to shopping areas and a delicious Portuguese restaurant.

The breakfast restaurant did not allow pets, which was inconvenient for me as I had a well-behaved small poodle. The lifts and corridor carpets could use some improvement.

Conveniently located near popular shopping street and tourist attractions. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, providing necessary items and organizing taxis. English-speaking staff are warm and friendly. a great location for independent teenage shoppers.

We had a great time staying at a 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, close to multiple metro stops and the bustling shopping area. It was convenient to have plenty of food options nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide selection to choose from.

The only minor drawback was that the hotel didn't have its own restaurant, but there were plenty of great dining options in the vicinity.

In the very center of the city with close proximity to many restaurants and shops. Conveniently located near several metro stops and in Q park. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful, spacious hotel excellently located close to Champs Elysees. One specific situation: The suite I stayed in at Chateau Frontenac was absolutely superb and spacious. The room was beautifully presented and the cleanliness was excellent. The free internet was fast and the staff's knowledge of the area was very helpful.
