Great location! Close to the main walking area of town and bus station, making it easy to explore the island. the staff is very friendly and helpful, always there to assist. the rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities you need.

No elevator in the hotel, which can be uncomfortable if you're on an upper floor. Sometimes the street noise and music from outside can be a bit loud, especially during the night.

The hotel staff were fantastic, sorting out a major problem upon check-in and providing great tips. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the crater, bars, restaurants, and the bus station.

I recently stayed at Pelican Hotel in Fira for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is clean, simple yet classy, and the rooms are spacious and cozy. The staff, especially the receptionists Mattis and the other lady receptionist, were extremely helpful and kind. The location is perfect as it is in the heart of Fira, but away from the chaos of the city. It's just a 5-minute walk to the bus terminal and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to the bus station, making it easy for me to take buses to other parts of the island. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and I loved the quaint little garden with dangling wine grapes. the service and location of this hotel made my trip to Santorini even more memorable.
