This hotel is nestled in the green wooded hills of the northern Vosges, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting for a luxurious stay. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as heating and air conditioning. The spa facilities were superb, offering a variety of treatments and a relaxing sauna. I also enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, which added a special touch to my experience.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was really an amazing experience. The location was perfect, nestled amongst nature and enveloped by mountains and beautiful woods. The amenities offered were top-notch with a breathtaking spa, a sauna and steam rooms to relax in. The food was simply delicious, with fresh vegetables, great meats and an array of hand-picked cheeses. Loved the pool as well as an added bonus to the sauna.

The service was disappointing. We didn't receive any assistance with our luggage on arrival, which was a bit frustrating. The staff seemed inexperienced and inefficient, and not very helpful. The rooms had minimum amenities, not enough to cater for our needs. And the breakfast was expensive, lacking in taste and variety, not worth it at all. We were disappointed with the level of service we received and expected more for the price we paid.
